WHAT WE DO IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE:

  • We clean all types of carpet and area rugs. HOST SPONGES are approved by most carpet and fiber manufacturers worldwide and is safe to use on all natural and synthetic carpet fibers, including wool, Orientals, and sisal.
  • During our first visit to your home, we will evaluate the fiber content, installation method, construction, and general condition of your carpeting. We will ask if you have any special concerns such as spots or damaged areas. A determination will be made as to probable solutions to your "problem" areas. You will be asked if, and what furniture you would like moved, and quoted a firm price for those pieces only. (YOU decide what areas don't need to be cleaned, or what furniture you would prefer to move. Some pieces might be of sentimental or antique value, and we would prefer not to handle them. Likewise, we will request that you remove all breakables before we arrive.)
  • We will measure the areas you would like cleaned, purely for our scheduling purposes, and based upon your conditions and requirements, give you a firm quotation, detailing the services you request and charges. Only under EXTREMELY unusual circumstances will you ever be asked for additional money, and then with the options of continuing our work, or stopping at that point. In other words, you will never be "surprised" with a bill!
  • While we would LIKE you to be present in order to see the process and progress, you are free to plan your own time to your advantage. Per your previous instruction, furniture will be moved and replaced, or cleaned around. When we leave your residence or place of business will be clean, fresh, and immediately ready to use. You will be presented with a plastic trash bag in that we ask that YOU be responsible for disposing of the used sponges from your carpet. We ask this of all customers so that they can be assured that they are not being exposed to "residual" dirt from a previous cleaning.
  • If you are a residential customer, we might ask if you would like to take advantage of our referral program, thereby earning the potential for savings on future cleanings.
  • We will request payment upon invoicing at the completion of the cleaning, and will accept either cash or check.
  • Within 6-12 months, depending on your usage and condition of carpet, you will receive a postcard "Reminder" of your next cleaning.
